I worked directly with the CEO to establish, lead, and manage the marketing lead acquisition strategy for the B2B side of the business, as well as refine some of the approaches on the B2C side.
I developed the content marketing strategy with the content team by improving the post quality and content distribution.
I also had access to several email lists and developed an outbound email campaign strategy using Hubspot with the marketing manager and outbound team to reach new customers and upsell current customers.
I created an SEO and link building plan with the SEO team which resulted in improved search metrics as well as increased DA (Domain Authority).
I worked with the growth team to develop, implement, and assess several A/B tests that resulted in improved lead conversions.
I also worked with the paid acquisitions team to put together a strategy for improving lead capture through advertising on Facebook, Adwords and directory listing platforms (GetApp, Software Advice and Capterra).
